Today, the European Union is undergoing major institutional change and policy shifts including growth, sustainability and membership. While Brussels is navigating stormy waters with huge uncertainties, Trade Associations are entering into a new phase of innovative engagement, digital communications and corporate management. Such transformations are shaping public affairs and business representation. For this reason, I am pleased to become a judge in the Association Excellence Awards 2017, join other important associations’ leaders in town and make sure that we recognise the excellence needed to succeed in today’s tricky bubble.
