Entry Criteria

  1. Entry to these awards is open to professional and trade associations and suppliers and agencies who work with them.
  2. Associations from any European country can enter the Awards
  3. Entries can be for any events campaigns or initiatives which have taken place between 1st September 2016 and 31st November 2017.
  4. The deadline for all entries is 5pm Friday 27th October 2017.
  5. Shortlisted entrants will be notified in January 2018.
  6. The winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony in Brussels on Friday 23rd February 2018.
  7. A campaign or event may be entered in more than one category, but each entry must be accompanied by an entry form and the entry fee. There is no limit to the number of entries one association can make.
  8. All categories are awarded based on the decision of our independent panel of judges.
  9. Judges reserve the right, without prior consent of the entrant, to move entries to different categories if they feel it is more appropriate.
  10. The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into and no reasons given for decisions.
  11. Judges will absent themselves from any discussions or marking where they have a vested interest.
  12. All information provided to judges will be used solely for the purposes of assessing the entries. Potentially sensitive information will not be made public.
  13. The standard entry fee is 195 Euros + UK VAT per submission
  14. The entry fee is non refundable.
  15. Winners may state in advertising and promotional material that they have won, but they must state the year the Award was won.
  16. The entry fee must be paid prior to the submission deadline. Entries received without payment will not be judged.
